I've been listening to album "Becoming a Jackal" by Villagers a lot these days. It works for me as a nice summer soundtrack, with the vocals ironically sounding very similar to Conor Oberst (the lead singer in Villagers is named Conor O'Brien). The album was released in June on Domino and I think you guys may dig the mellow tunes.

I know, it's old, but it still makes me smile. I've never been a huge fan of The Black Keys but ever since I heard Dan Auerbach's 2009 debut solo album, Keep It Hid, I've been more open to listening to their stuff. Enjoy the video "Tighten Up" off their album Brothers.
